The Certified Online Application is for administrators, teachers, substitute teachers, and other professional positions. The Paraprofessional/Auxiliary Online Application is for all secretaries, clerks, aides, custodians, cafeteria workers, and other support staff positions. All applications require at least three references with email addresses. You may upload your transcripts or mail them. (If mailing, submit copies of transcripts only as official transcripts are destroyed after six months.) The ‘Other’ application is a criminal history application for volunteers, student observers, etc. If you have any problems with the online application, please contact Human Resources at 281-634-1270.
Online applications are reviewed daily and made viewable for principals/supervisors within forty-eight hours. You can log into your online job application at any time to verify if documents (transcripts, resume, etc.) were received and if references were submitted by clicking the ‘Check Application and Documentation Status’ link. To change your original User ID and/or password, click the ‘Update Registration Information’ link. Both links are located below the ‘Start Application’ button after you log in to your application.
For all non-teacher job postings found on the Current Job Postings link, applicants must select the position applied for in the “Employment Preferences/Add Position” section on the online application. After a posting closes, a screening committee will meet to select applicants for interviews.
For teacher vacancies, feel free to email your resume to any principal with openings in your area of certification. Please do not visit the school to meet with the principal without a scheduled interview. Principals may recommend an applicant for hire but only Human Resources can make a job offer.
