Fort Bend ISD is committed to continuous quality improvement and performance excellence. The Quality and Improvement department supports and facilitates the district’s strategic planning and process improvement projects; provides training on continuous improvement and quality tools; and, leads district cross-functional teams in studying and reviewing the Education Criteria for Performance Excellence to determine the extent to which the district has implemented a systems approach to managing district processes.
