I was born in Germany and learned English as a second language. I graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio and have taught math for nearly 30 years at five different levels (6th, 7th, 8th, Algebra, and HS Geometry). Aside from teaching math, I’ve also coached basketball, football, track & field, and softball, and will be coaching soccer this year. I love the outdoors, animals, hiking, traveling, music of all kinds, sports, astronomy, pool, and almost anything related to UTSA. Last but certainly not least, I have a wonderful wife who teaches Broadcasting at Bowie, a wonderful daughter in 9th grade, and we have two happy cats. : )
